OPENING DAY INFO

Hello SBLL Friends!

OPENING DAY is on February 29 at 4PM!

Opening day begins with a parade that starts at Grace Advent Church/Grace Preschool parking lot. Please arrive between 3:30-3:45 to be put in parade order. Parade will begin promptly at 4PM and will be led by our very own Melbourne Beach Volunteer Fire Department truck. The Melbourne Beach Police will also be there to ensure safety and order as well. Please be sure to thank them for their continued support of this event year after year!

At the FIELD - enjoy dinner from Texas Roadhouse ($6-$8 Per plate), DJ Kevin Diamond from Rock Harbor Church will be our MC and DJ for this event. We will also have skills competitions for $5 entry (home run derby and fastest pitch) as well as Over the Line (Free entry) and kickball games (Free entry) and an Obstacle Course for kids of all ages for $5 unlimited use.

EVENT SCHEDULE
Parade - arrive in uniform at Grace Church - 3:30-3:45P
Parade starts - 4PM
Introduction of teams/announcements: 4:20-4:50
Food service begins: 5PM
Obstacle Course presented by Lil Sports - 5-7PM
Skills competitions begin: 5:30PM
Over The Line on Majors field 5-7PM
Kickball - 5-7PM on Utility Field
Awards for competitions: 6:45PM
MOVIE AT THE FIELD @ 7PM - All welcome - tell your friends - We will be showing SANDLOT - (Don't forget to bring chairs or blankets)
