Turn off warmer.

Put lids back on ALL containers.

Cheese: Turn cheese warmer off and place cheese containers back in the refrigerator.

Hotdogs: Turn the steaming appliance off. Take the steaming pans out (will be hot) and clean with soap and water in the sink. You can use a clean towel and leave to dry or you can place the back in the steamer appliance. Please fill the steaming appliance with sink water to the black line. Pull hotdogs and buns from the freezer and place in the refrigerator.

Pretzels: Put pretzels back in the fridge and pull more from freezer if needed. Clean the tray used for salting the pretzels. Wipe out microwave.

Nachos: Please close chips and put back in plastic container. 

Clean Up: Bring in ketchup, mustard, and napkins. They go under the cash register. Bring in chip display.

Sweep floor. There is a Swiffer located near the brooms if you feel the floor needs to be mopped.

Place dirty/used towels in the dirt towel bucket under the sink. Concession Manager (Laura Baughn) will make sure they get washed and returned.

Take out trash and leave by garage can outside.

Close the window.
